How do I return an item/s?Updated 12 days ago

1. Head to our Return Portal: 
2. https://budgysmuggleruk.com/a/service?
   Please note: You will need your Order Number and Post Code to enter the Portal.
3. Print your Return Label and attach it to the order.  Alternatively, if you provide the electronic label to Royal Mail they will print the label for you.
4. Drop the Package to Post Box within 90 days.
5. Wait for your refund/exchange to be processed.

Been gifted some Budgy Smugglers and want to exchange?

Please post the unwanted item/s to our warehouse at 26, City Lofts, 112-116 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LE via post.

Include in the package a note with :

• Your order number (if known)
• Your shipping address
• Your email address
• Phone number
• What you would like to do (i.e refund or exchange for another size).
• The item and size you would like to exchange for (if applicable) and a second option just in case the first is out of stock

Once received, our team will process the return/exchange here and send out the new item/s to you if required :)
